Growing up cleaning....

my room is a mess, always has been always will be....
more then anything I'm just getting rid of things I'll never use again, I'm getting a Internet line to my room so I'm moving my x-box 360 there where my X-box is now.... (X-box works great $50+shipping and handing and it's yours) Or drag it to a pawn shop....
Old books... i hate tossing books, but most of them no one would take... Going to try and get some cerdiet at the used book store but then i have to find books there.... (bad abc....) I'm hoping the public library will take most off my hands. I found an entire box i hadn't read, all part of series and none with the first...
Camping gear, I haven't gone camping in years... so I'm keeping everything, from my 45 liter bag to my 80 liter one. Broken folding shovel to the stove my ex gave me. really should see if that works never got around to trying it the propane bottle was needed for other projects. Shady Brother borrowed it and a sleeping bag from me awhile back. He couldn't mange to get the tent in it's bag so he put it in the sleeping bags bag, leaving the sleeping bag in the truck box.... The bag looked fine, he had it dry cleaned. When i asked if he aired out the tent he stared blankly as if i had asked a trick question. I hate the shady one....
I'm trying to pawn my old clothes on the Runt, but he isn't around hard to pawn on him that way *sigh*
Tossed out Three Hundred and Sixty- two Kinder surprise toys, Kept Ten......
Tossed out a lot of failed projects. some required the universe to bend a bit on it's laws and conservation of mass (i know conservation of mass is a lie, but I'll not get into that)
I could have sworn i had more weapons buried in my room then I'm finding. of course those too are going to pawn :( no more toys....
Enough twine to wrap the world a few times over.... Duct tape of more shades then the eye can see....
3 Boxes of earl grey tea.....
And that leads me into my star trek crap... Enterprise-D toy with weapons and engine sounds, Tricorded with 3 different beeping sounds, and A Transporter, One way mirror and a light bulb... I don't know how many 'action figures' i have left, i used to play hide and go seek with them hehehe so I've lost a few. Yet again the runt can't be found to help me with getting this junk on e-bay....

What Remains of my Book collection is still to big for my book case so i cant get My DVDs Cd's and X-box games on a shelve.

I think I'll be done in June... about the time the snow leaves us....

15-20 cm of snow tonight, i think that's about 6-8 inches, now that's now a lot really, but I've already taken off four inches abouts, and it's only 8 ish....

On Friday the tires will be coming in, 76...
and I'm the only stock boy on, if i can get fired Thursday....

I wandered around the down town during my 30 min lunch, I was supposed do something but i can't remember, Hopefully I'll remember tomorrow...

Holiday spirit

This confuses me because there is no holiday in sight....

I burned 2 letters i got the other day. One was from a Guy i used to know. he sends me one every year and i did take the time to read that one.

breaking the ice...

so i had a busy day today, first off was changing light bulbs. The emergency exit signs in the store happen to die... a long time ago. it finally got sighted last year, so I'm fixing it today, about a month before they come check the fire extinguishers. 2 are no problem standard bulbs for an emergency exit. But the one right at the front door is older. I did a little research and learned no one has made that kind of bulb since the 50's....

Then the normal lights. Easy as pie when i can remember fix of the fixtures is broken and which tricks to work on each. I remembered all the tricks to get the touchy one's going. I keep forgetting the 2 broken fixtures down in camping...

After lunch I'm told to grab my coat and head with the boss. Mystery trip! good for about 30 min of non-customer work. Get told to grab a flat bladed metal shovel. On the way out i called back to the cashier "Off to take care of the bodies" nice thing about this time of year, not many customers....

Nice hour worth of ice chipping.... 5 inches... solid. it's plus 4 C and there is no thawing the blasted ice...

Other news, I watched the most Canadian movie i have ever seen. it would have been awesome if even one character in the film was Canadian.... Every single Canadian Actor/Actress was playing the role of a Stater... even while in the story they go to Canada the only lines by a Canadian character were the hot dog vendor.... one of the few parts in the film played by a Stater...
